The QUALIFI Level 3 Diploma aims to provide learners with a foundational understanding of law and the legal system. Beyond legal knowledge, the qualification intends to equip learners with essential academic, research, and communication skills.
The overarching goal is to prepare learners for higher education while also making them well-equipped for entry-level positions within legal firms. This includes knowledge of various branches of law such as contract law, criminal law, administrative law, and more.

Understand contractual terms and exclusion clauses.
Approved Centres are tasked with the responsibility of reviewing and making decisions regarding an applicant’s ability to successfully complete the learning program and meet the demands of the qualification. The initial assessment conducted by the centre is crucial, and it should take into consideration the available support for individual learner needs.
Applicants for this qualification must be aged 16 or over. This sets a minimum age criteria for eligibility.
In the case of applicants whose first language is not English, then IELTS 6 (or equivalent) is required.
International qualifications will be checked for appropriate enrolment to UK higher education postgraduate programmes where applicable. The applicants are normally required to produce two supporting references, at least one of which should preferably be academic.
